Launched in 2018 as Scotland’s first careers platform tailored specifically for women in STEM, CareerHub enabled employers to connect directly with women studying, working, or returning to careers in STEM and the Built Environment. Through job postings and language reviews, CareerHub helped organisations widen their recruitment reach and improve diversity outcomes.
As of March 2024, the service has been officially placed on hold and is now closed. While we are proud of CareerHub’s impact, we have made this decision following a strategic review of our priorities and employer needs.
We are incredibly grateful to all the organisations who have advertised with us and helped shape this pioneering platform. Your partnership has advanced our shared goal of a more inclusive STEM workforce in Scotland.
Though CareerHub is closed, Equate Scotland continues to offer training, consultancy, events, and employer engagement opportunities to support diversity in STEM.
