Training to get your confidence back
Our renowned training will refresh and expand your existing skill set, ensuring you feel fully confident to return to the workplace and prepare you for your new role as an FDM Consultant. After 14 weeks of training, you will be placed with our industry-leading investment banking client to work as part of their team. This will see you working as a mid-senior software developer full-time in Glasgow.
The skills you will earn
This is an opportunity to up-skill in current and emerging technologies, to refamiliarize yourselves with current industry best practices in software development.
The training will be instructor-led and project-based in object-oriented development within the Scrum framework.
The training will cover:
- Professional skills such as interview technique and CV writing
- Introduction of Agile and Scrum
- Core Application Programming
- Unix O/S
After training, we will provide you mentorship and support in starting your role with the client.
Our team would love to meet you and answer all your questions on one of our virtual Open Mornings.
What we are looking for
Essential experience and criteria required:
- Looking to return to work after a break in your career
- Previous experience of Software Development or automation test experience
- Be able to work full time
- Be able to commit to working on-site with our client as an FDM Consultant for two years, once the training period is complete
