The NMIS internship is a paid flexible 12-week opportunity over summer 2024. Successful applicants will have an opportunity to work at one of our specialist technology centres, based in Renfrew, and the programme will provide insight into a research and manufacturing environment while providing you with skills that will help enhance your future career.

The 2024 internship programme will operate as a hybrid working model.

Locations will be within centres across the NMIS group or with an external partner at their site.

What to expect

We encourage you to work independently and as part of teams, which provides opportunities to develop your communication and leadership skills.

You will also gain valuable project management skills through collaborating with multinational organisations and receiving on-the-job training with a structured system to learn new skills, this will significantly enhance your CV.

Depending on your project, you could work with our world-class technology, state-of-the-art equipment and industry partners.
