What to expect

Our Spring Insight week provides the unique opportunity to gain experience across our cutting-edge technology business and understand what you need to build a successful career within one of the world’s largest and most successful banks. We’re looking for technologists of the future with both the capability and the capacity to create and innovate to help us become the leading digital bank. At the end of the week, you could be considered for a Summer Internship.

How you’ll develop

Over the course of the week, you will take an immersive journey, with projects, immersive workshops, work shadowing, tech-inspired interactive skills sessions. Tech insight sessions are held daily and cover everything from cyber security to SIRI payments. You’ll also get to network with senior leaders and some of the industry’s top tech minds.
